This policy explains what information we collect when you contact Rama Foundry through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Who we are

Rama Foundry is a digital brand-building and growth studio operating in India, operating under Rama Enterprises. This website address is ramafoundry.site. For any privacy question or request, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us. That is:

We do not collect payment details, government identity numbers, or sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send confidential documents, passwords or financial records over WhatsApp or email.

3. How your enquiry is transmitted

When you press Send Enquiry, the details you enter are sent securely to our form-processing provider, Web3Forms, which delivers them to our business email inbox. The website itself does not store a copy of your enquiry on this server.

Alternatively, you can choose to send the same details via WhatsApp or your email application. In that case the message is sent by you, from your own app or account.

Once a message reaches us, it is handled like any other business correspondence: it may be kept in our WhatsApp, email or project records for as long as needed to discuss and deliver the work, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
  • To prepare a proposal, scope and quote for your project
  • To deliver services you have engaged us for
  • To communicate about ongoing or agreed work
  • To maintain basic business records

We do not sell your information, rent contact lists, or share your details with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. Third-party services involved

Depending on how you contact us and what a project requires, your information may pass through services we use to operate, such as:

  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us on WhatsApp
  • Email providers — if you email us, or we correspond by email
  • Advertising and analytics platforms — only if a project involves them
  • Hosting and domain providers — for this website to be served

These services process data under their own privacy policies. We recommend reading them if you want the detail. We do not control how third-party platforms handle data on their side.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not run third-party tracking scripts. See our Cookie Policy for the detail, including what will change if analytics is added in future.

7. Client project data

When we work on a project, we may need access to your accounts — for example an ad account, website hosting, domain or analytics. We use that access only to perform the agreed work, we do not use your data for any other purpose, and we hand back or relinquish access when the engagement ends.

8. Data retention

We keep enquiry and project correspondence only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, or as long as any law or accounting requirement asks us to. If you want us to delete correspondence you have sent, ask us and we will do so where we are able to.

9. Your choices

  • Access: ask what information we hold about you
  • Correction: ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • Deletion: ask us to delete correspondence we hold
  • Withdrawal: ask us to stop contacting you at any time

We will action reasonable requests promptly. Where we are legally required to keep a record, we will explain that instead.

10. Security

We rely on the security of the platforms we use — WhatsApp, email, hosting — and take reasonable care with access to our devices and accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive material through these channels.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows which version applies. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.

Before publication: this policy has been written to reflect only what this website actually does. If a form backend, CRM, analytics tool or payment gateway is added later, sections 2, 3, 5 and 6 must be updated to match. Have the final version reviewed by a qualified professional for your jurisdiction.
